The department aims to educate social work professionals who are committed to human rights, social justice, equality, peace, and social responsibility. The human-centered social work discipline aims to provide solutions to the psychosocial problems faced by individuals, families, and society, improve the quality of life, and empower disadvantaged groups. In this context, the department emphasizes equipping students with an eclectic theoretical foundation alongside practical professional skills.
