Asst. Prof. Dr. Hasan CAN was born in 1988 in the Akhisar district of Manisa. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Akhisar. He graduated from Konya Necmettin Erbakan University in 2012. He completed his MSc. degree in Selcuk University, Department of Soil Science and Plant Nutrition in 2015 and completed his Ph.D. degree in Selcuk University, Department of Horticulture. He worked as a research assistant to the Department of Horticulture and Field Crops, Faculty of Agriculture, Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University in 2017. In 2021, he started to work as an Asst. Prof. Dr. at Necmettin Erbakan University, Eregli Faculty of Agriculture. He continues his studies on plant stress physiology, molecular-based plant breeding and marker-assisted selection.
