He was born in 1978 in Berendi Village of Ayrancı district of Karaman province. He completed his primary and secondary education in Berendi Village and his high school education in Ereğli High School. In 1997, he completed his associate degree at Dokuz Eylül University, Vocational School of Justice. He graduated from Anadolu University, Department of Public Administration in 2004. He started his career as a civil servant at Dokuz Eylül University Torbalı Vocational School in 1998. After working for almost 10 years, he was transferred to Ereğli Kemal Akman Vocational School in 2007. Between 2015-2018, he worked as the Deputy Secretary of Ereğli Kemal Akman Vocational School. In 2018, he was appointed as the Secretary of the Vocational School of Justice in Ereğli. He still carries out this duty, and he also carries out the duty of Ereğli Health Services Vocational School School Secretary by proxy. He is married and has 2 children.
