NEU TÖMER switched from printed certificates to digital certificates. Digital certificates created through the Electronic Document Management System can be verified through the E-Government system thanks to the QR code on it.

After the necessary arrangements were made by our university's IT Department, our first digital certificates were sent on 03.07.2025 to the contact addresses (WhatsApp or e-mail) of class 203 students who completed all their exams on 15.06.2024 and mostly consisted of TDV scholarship students. The certificates of class 304, which consists of YTB scholarship students and completed all exams on 27.06.2025, and class 204, which completed their exams on 03.07.2025, will be sent to the contact addresses of class 303, which consists of YTB scholarship students, after 14.07.2025, when all exams will be completed, in accordance with the protocol rules of YTB.
