Pursuant to Decision No. 251 dated January 28, 2026, adopted by the Board of Directors of the Turkish Equestrian Federation, students graduating from universities’ Equine Studies and Horse Training Programs will be entitled to participate free of charge in the Level 1 Coaching Practical Training Course, provided that they submit their diplomas to the Federation.

This initiative aims to alleviate the financial burden faced by young graduates as they begin their coaching careers and to provide them with institutional support upon completing their professional training.

In his statement regarding the decision, Mr. Hasan Engin TUNCER, President of the Turkish Equestrian Federation, emphasized that this measure represents an investment in young people and the future of the sport. President TUNCER stated:

“Our goal is to demonstrate, through a concrete step, that we stand by our valuable young graduates who have completed a long and rigorous education process, to add value to their professional journey, and to support them in pursuing their coaching careers with greater confidence. Young coaches are the cornerstone of our equestrian sport.”
