Department of Computer Forensics Engineering was established in 2017.
The department consists of Computer Forensics Engineering department.
Today, with the advancement of technology, the use of personal computers and smart phones has become quite common.
People can access and even store their personal data via the internet. Although this situation makes people's lives easier in general, it has brought along the risk that other unauthorized people can access this data.
Unauthorized access and internet piracy (hacker) have revealed the concept of cyber-crime. In order to combat the concept of cybercrime, which threatens everyone from individual users to large organizations and even governments, the field of Computer Forensics Engineering has emerged.
Our department aims to train engineers who will serve in the field of Computer Forensics Engineering.

Our department was established for the purpose of forensic follow-up and analysis of evidence collection processes related to informatics law, information security, cyber security and cybercrime, and to combat cybercrime.
