2021-2022 Eğitim - Öğretim Yılı Uluslararası Öğrenci Ek Yerleştirme Sonuçları / Additional Placement Results of International Students of the Academic Year 2021-2022

 - Üniversitemize kayıt hakkı kazanan Uluslararası öğrencilerimizin 12 - 15 Kasım 2021 tarihleri arasında kayıt hakkı kazandıkları Fakülte öğrenci işleri birimine aşağıda istenen belgeler ile birlikte şahsen başvurmaları halinde kayıtları yapılacaktır.

Kesin kayıt için aşağıdaki belgeler istenilir:

1. Lise diplomasının aslı ve lise diplomasının Türkiye’deki liselerden alınan diplomalara denk olduğunu gösteren ülkelerindeki Türkiye Büyükelçiliği veya Konsolosluğundan ya da TC Milli Eğitim Bakanlığından veya Bakanlığın illerde bulunan Müdürlüklerinden alınacak "Denklik Belgesi",
2. Başvuru sırasında örneği gönderilen sınav sonuç belgesinin aslı,
3. Pasaportun kopyası, (Suriye uyruklu ve sığınmacılardan pasaportu olmayanlar için Tanıtma Kartı)
4. 6 Adet (4,5 x 6cm) ebadında renkli vesikalık fotoğraf,
5. Her yıl Üniversite Yönetim Kurulu tarafından belirlenerek ilan edilen miktarda, Türkiye’de geçimini sağlayabilecek aylık en az brüt asgari ücret kadar gelire sahip olduğunu gösterir resmi veya noter onaylı belge veya taahhütname,
6. Öğretim dili Türkçe olan programlara yerleştirilen öğrencilerin en az B2 düzeyinde Türkçe Yeterliklerinin olduğunu Yükseköğretim Kurulu Başkanlığı tarafından tanınan Türkçe Eğitim Merkezlerinde düzenlenen Türkçe Yeterlik Sınavları ile belgelendirmesi gerekmektedir,
7. Eğitim-Öğretim dili yabancı dil olan programlara yerleştirilen öğrencilerin Üniversitelerarası Kurulun eşdeğer kabul ettiği Uluslararası sınavlardan yeterli puan almış olanlar, YÖK ve ÖSYM tarafından yapılan Yabancı Dil Sınavlarından 70 veya üzeri puan aldığını belgelendirmesi gerekmektedir.
8. Öğrenim ücretinin yatırıldığını gösteren banka dekontu,
9. Ortaöğretim (lise) öğrenimini (KKTC hariç) yurt dışında tamamlayan T.C. vatandaşları ile uyruğundan biri T.C. olan çift uyruklu öğrencilerin öğrenim süresi boyunca öğrenim gördüğü ülkede bulunduğunu gösterir belge,
10. Uzaktan kayıt yaptıracak olan öğrencilerden Uzaktan Kayıt Dilekçesi (Dilekçe için tıklayınız).

 
 

• Kabul Mektubu almak isteyen öğrencilerimizin [email protected] e-posta adresine mail göndermesi halinde kabul mektuplarını alabilecektir.
• Pandemi sebebi ile şahsen kayda gelemeyen öğrenciler (öğrenim ücreti / katkı payı ödeme sorumluluğu olanlar ödeme işlemlerini tamamladıktan sonra) dilekçe ve gerekli evraklarını e-posta ile akademik birimin mail adresine göndermeleri halinde gerekli kontroller yapıldıktan sonra kesin kayıt işlemleri yapılacaktır. Akademik Birim İletişim Bilgileri İçin Tıklayınız.
• Uzaktan kayıt yapan öğrencilerin mail ekinde gönderdikleri evrakların asıllarını kayıt yaptırdıkları tarihten itibaren en geç bir ay içerisinde Akademik Birim öğrenci işlerine teslim etmeleri gerekmektedir.

     - International students who have the right to enroll in our university will be registered if they together with the documents required below apply to the Faculty Student Affairs Unit, between November 12 - 15, 2021
 
Documents Required for Registration:

   (1) Original high school diploma and “Equivalency Certificate”, which is taken from Turkish Embassy or Consulate in applicant‟s country or TC Ministry of Education or provincial directorate of the Ministry of Education, and indicating that high school diploma is equivalent to the diplomas of Turkish high schools,

   (2) Original copy of the examination result sent for application,

   (3) Notarized copy of passport,

   (4) 6 recent photos of the applicants (4,5X6cm),

   (5) A document stating that the applicant has the financial guarantee amount determined by the Directorate of University for related academic year, with regard to the applicant‟s financial condition‟s eligibility for continuing higher education in Turkey,

   (6) The students who are placed in programs with Turkish as a teaching language should be certified with the Turkish Proficiency Examinations held at the Turkish Education Centers recognized by the Council of Higher Education, where at least the B2 level of Turkish Proficiency is available. If available, English proficiency certificate for the students who are placed to the programs whose medium of instruction is English. (Not obligatory),

   (7) Students who are placed in programs as a foreign languages are required to certify that they have got enough points from the International Examinations (ANNEX-2), which are accepted by the Interuniversity council as equivalents, from the Foreign Language Examinations conducted by YÖK and ÖSYM, they should certify their scores showing 70 or higher. (Not obligatory),

    (8) Bank receipt confirming the payment of the tuition fee,

   (9) A document showing that Turkish Citizens (except TRNC) and dual nationalities with at least one Turkish identity having completed their high school abroad, have been in the country during their education period,

   (10) Distance Registration Petition for students who will register remotely (click for petition).


 

• Students who want to receive an Acceptance Letter will be able to receive their acceptance letter if they send an e-mail to the [email protected] e-mail address.
• If students who are unable to register in person due to the pandemic (after those who are responsible for paying tuition / contribution payment have completed their payment transactions) send their petition and necessary documents by e-mail to the e-mail address of the academic unit, final registration will be made after the necessary checks are made. Click for Academic Unit Contact Information.
• Students who will register remotely are required to submit the originals of the documents sent in the e-mail attachment to the Academic Unit for Studen Affairs within one month at the latest from the date of registration.
